7-Day Caribbean and Mexico Travel Pass activated but received text: "You do not have Easy Roam"

Hi ,

I added and confirmed active:

7-Day Caribbean and Mexico Travel Pass to phone ending 9727

When the phone connected to a service provider in Mexico, I received a text: 

“You do not have Easy Roam……...”

I agree I haven’t added easy roam, but I have not received a confirmation text or email that the phone is connected to the 7-Day Caribbean and Mexico Travel Pass for 49.00,  so I also added Latin America Easy Roam 7 day pass 60.00 , which also includes Mexico, but no confirmation text either.

Please clarify / advise.

You need to enable the Easy Roam feature to use the Travel Pass. Have you tried adding it on your Self-Serve account?

OK,  I’ll add it,

it would would have been helpful to have been told this from I added the pass.

To add, if you cannot add the roaming features through self serve you can do so by texting ROAM to 7626. The features that get added are required to use the passes.
