I added and confirmed active:
7-Day Caribbean and Mexico Travel Pass to phone ending 9727
When the phone connected to a service provider in Mexico, I received a text:
“You do not have Easy Roam……...”
I agree I haven’t added easy roam, but I have not received a confirmation text or email that the phone is connected to the 7-Day Caribbean and Mexico Travel Pass for 49.00, so I also added Latin America Easy Roam 7 day pass 60.00 , which also includes Mexico, but no confirmation text either.
Please clarify / advise.
