I recently received a call from Koodo and was able to upgrade my plan to more data for a $10 flat fee. The rep did not make me aware that I would be losing my existing 5gb addon which I thought would stay on my account. Can I get the 5gb addon back?

What was the condition of 5GB add-on? Is it free add on or you are paying for it?
Bonus data was likely tied to your old plan. But, I would contact Koodo and ask them if they can reapply it for you. There is no guarantee, but you can try. Tell them you accepted the offer, but wasn’t aware the add-on would dropped.
