Those promotions are only available if you sign up as a new customer with Virgin Mobile (not for existing customers) Koodo also had similar promotions few weeks ago (new customer only).

Anyway, you could try to schedule a call back and ask a rep to look into it. I don't think they offer price matching publicly in the forum.

Koodo do not price match other providers. This is the same as others, though they may be able to offer you other plans / credits if they have them available.

If you do not see a cheaper plan to switch to in self serve, it does not hurt to ask if anything cheaper is available by scheduling a callback and speaking with their loyalty dept. If they can’t offer you something, then you should consider switching. That is a good plan and price.

No chance in hell they match, I tried and they basically said no and if you want to go then go we don't care. Person even is trying to change stuff I never asked to be changed, They seem very arrogant and stupid.
