winter sale, current customer with no tab

I saw the deal for 40gb for $50. I currently have no tab and need a new phone. If I get a new phone can I then change to that plan?

To clarify the deal, it is a $65 40GB plan with a $15 bill credit for 15 months.

You can get that deal though with the purchase of a new phone if you’d like.

I upgraded today and don’t see anywhere of confirmation of the 15$ off for 15 months. Where will I see this reflected?
