My phone works again after the problems earlier today, my partner's still has no service.
Missed multiple important calls and texts not happy
Why is my Koodo phone working, but my oartners has no service all day? A call back tomorrow doesnt really help.

+4There was a huge Telus outage today, so not much that can be done about that. Did you try to restart their device and see if service comes back?
So far since about noon, 47 restarts and counting. Sometimes we get 30 seconds of service, but then it reverts to no service. Tech support supposed to call tomorrow. And yes, I did know there was a huge outage, but my phone regained service, not hers though.
