Why is koodo so trash ?

Koodo is the most trashy internet provider in Canada. I feel exhausted contacting support to help with technical issues, they keep charging me every month but refused to have the connection done. I have not used the service not even for a minute since ordered but being charged monthly. I will contact my bank to dispute these charges, I feel like I’m being scammed. Support keep putting me on hold then hang up on me few minutes after. Shame on y’all !!

Koodo refused to have the connection done? That doesn’t quite sound right? You haven’t had it sucessfully setup yet? How long has it been? What has been te issue to not be setup yet? You do have the option to have the service cancelled and refunded due to not bein able to provide it at all if that’s the issue.

I was said the cancellation was submitted but no they were lying cause I keep being billed. My neighbor is going through the same tribulation with Koodo, I wouldn’t have even tried them if I had a clue about how sucks they are. I think only my bank can save me now, I’m really exhausted for real.

The representative told me I was going to get it in the email shortly, but never received. They are shady as hell

Did you cancel your subscription by logging into your Self-Serve account? Have you checked the junk mail folder? Was the equipment returned to Koodo?
