I fail to understand why in a world riddled with spam and fraudulent calls, a call would come through on my phone from a Koodo representative. This call I believe was legitimate, however because of my lack of trust in talking business over the phone (unless arranged), I ended the call.

You can always schedule a callback through Koodo Assist and ask a rep to put you on a list to stop these marketing calls. https://Koo.do/Chat
