Why can't I still get callbacks?

This continues to be an ongoing problem. I submit call back requests, inget the email saying the call is coming and it never does.

NO I DO NOT HAVE THE NUMBER BLOCKED and I HAVE TRIED THIS  ON TWO SEPARATE KOODO NUMBERS ON ANDROID AND APPLE.

Ah, in that case you would need the callback rep as they’re unable to cancel services on this platform.

Do you intend to port to another provider? As if you do it will cancel the account when you bring your number over to the new company. So you won’t need a rep in this case.

Alternatively, in Koodo assist, instead of scheduling the call have you tried just typing in “Cancellation” and not following any of the other prompts?

If you do a rep will call you straight away from the cancellation team. Alternatively, you can also cancel via a social media rep on Facebook and X (Twitter) if you send them a private message. The correct profiles can be found at the bottom of this page.

So just to confirm, are you a prepaid or postpaid customer? As of now, is your phone number having good reception and can make/receive call normally?

Postpaid, full bars on LTE+ Samsung Galaxy S20fe and I make and receive calls with zero issues.

What issue are you having that you need the callback?

Maybe we can help you on here and if not, we can flag a rep to assist if it is in their power to fix. Reps on here are great at what they do but they’re slightly limited in what they can do as opposed to a callback rep.

I simply want to cancel my smart watch account as I broke the watch. I have tried following the cancellation prompts thats what triggered the callback request, I received the confirmation email that I would receive a callback within 15 minutes & that was two days ago.

This is not the first time I have encountered this problem.

Since you did not receive the callback, have you tried scheduling it again through Koodo Assist? What about sending a message to a rep on Facebook Messenger? https://m.me/Koodo

"This is not the first time I have encountered this problem"

"I HAVE TRIED THIS ON TWO SEPARATE KOODO NUMBERS ON ANDROID AND APPLE."

So yeah, I rescheduled it,

Do you have the Call Control feature enabled on your Self-Serve account? Can you check to see if the number may be accidentally blocked on that page? https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/koodo-assist

Okay apparently this whole community thing is a waste of time....

Read the first post - I very clearly stated in BIG BOLD CAPITAL LETTERS the number is not blocked.

We are doing our best to assist you, as we are not Koodo reps and do not have access to your account. If you are still unable to receive the callback, you can send a message to a rep on Facebook Messenger as mentioned earlier.
