Where can I find a record of my communication with Koodo Expert Messaging

Have you used the  Login via selserve option to log in here on the community?

Did the conversation with the Koodo Expert Messaging team already end?

Yes.I have set both my Koodo and the Koodo community with the same login information but I always login via the Self Serve page. 

I guess the conversation ended because I have a call-back set up. But I wanted a copy of the conversation we had, because the last thing I was told had happened immediately prior to setting up a call back has not happened, That is why I want a record of the conversation that started yesterday and ended today.

You mean this option?

When I login thru the self serve it uses my official email address. But when I signed up for the community, I originally used a secondary email address because I was not sure how secure the community was. I cannot figure out how to change it in the community. I believe that is the problem. If I log out and re-sign in under my secondary email. I am assuming I will lose this conversation, so I do not know what to do. Sorry. I am so frustrated with Koodo this week, that maybe we should just close this conversation. Thanks
