Question

What is the price of koodo canada us plans

Could someone please help me? I would like to find out:

The price of koodo canada us plans?

  • What the features are for the plans?
  • What is the link to the information please.

If I go the Koodo ~self serve -> select plans, it doesn’t give me a choice to browse and identifies me and looks like I’ll be committed from the browsing.

This is the third time I’ve tried to find out the price of Koodo canada-us plans.

A specific direct answer would be helpful.

Thank you.

You need to login to your self serve first.

Then self serve> mobile service > change plan.

Then scroll down to see Can -US plans.

And those are plans I can see on my self serve.

Thank you Mayumi.

I have to study the options first and then decide > therefore I don’t want to commit to ‘change plan.’

Is ‘change plan’ a future option under investigation OR a commitment in the current workflow?

Also, I have had up to 6-9 billing defects with Koodo per year. And each month rqd a call to fix the billing defects. (I manually pay per monthly statement ALWAYS on time/early.)

So if the ‘per month auto pay by bank acct’ is a hard requirement?, then the canada-us plans are not an option for me.

Thank you for your update.

Bob

You can change plans in self serve currently at your convenience.  If you mean something different, then I’m afraid I dont understand.

It depends on what the billing errors are?  Are the billing errors due to accidental roaming to the US due to being near the border?

Hi @iRobert, selecting ‘Change plan’ does not immediately change your rate plan, you have to go through a few screens to confirm the change. You will be able to browse all the available plans for your line and check their features.

The ‘per month with auto-pay bank account’ is referring only to the price with the auto-pay discount. It is not necessary, you will just not benefit from the discount. In this case, the price per month will be the one you see crossed out.

Thank you all, and for the useful clarifications including ‘thru a few screens...’ and discounted and non-discounted prices, which could be written:

CAD price per month: $70 or discount to $60 requires bank account auto-pay.
