what is a good time to be able to reach a customer service representative?

So I recently moved and it took over a week for Koodo to get back to me that they do not service out where we moved and we’d need to cancel our internet subscription. This was at 3:30 this afternoon. I was on hold for about an hour after they said they’d transfer me to cancel. I ended up calling back maybe a half hour later, again on hold for 45 minutes. It’s now almost 7:00pm and I’m still having no luck getting through to someone. Is there a better time of day to try and reach them? Says they’re available Mon-Sun 9am-9pm but I don’t know…
