waiting for two call backs

i have received two notifications i was getting a callback today and nothing happened.  you are not blocked and i do not have it on call forwarding.  I have wasted my entire day trying to deal with this

i am so tired of repeating myself and logging in.  I have texted to receive  roaming for international travel but when i inquired looking for information, I was told i did not have it.  My original questions where about the cost of local calls while in Europe.  We leave on Friday and I  am extremely frustrated on the time I have had to spend trying to get help from Koodo

If you do not have Easy Roam then the pay-per use rates can be quite costly. You can find the pay-per use rate of the country you’re travelling to by following the link below, you just have to enter the country and it will produce the rate. Note if you have prepaid, it will not work outside of Canada and the USA, you need postpaid for roaming.

It tends to be considerably cheaper to use Easy Roam and the Easy Roam Passes over pay-per use. If you have postpaid, for Europe, it would either be $18 per day of use or they offer 14 day and 30 day passes for $50 and $60 respectively.

If texting ROAM to 7626 did not work to add the Easy Roam add-ons you can also add them through self serve. Once added, if you were to text in and add a pass it should work. More on the passes can be found below. Again, both Easy Roam and Pay-Per use will not work if you use the prepaid service.

thank you but again this doesn't address my issue.  i have text confirmations saying I have international roaming but I cant talk to anybody about it .  Is there a human being out there who can pick up a phone and actually punch in my phone number?  for the love of God!!!!!!

Ah my apologise, I misunderstood your previous statement. 

In that case, to confirm, when you check self serve under your plan add ons, do you see the add ons for roaming? They should look like the image below.

If you dont, then they're correct, you don't have them and it wont work. If that is the case, a callback isnt necessary, I can flag a rep on this platform like Flo to add them for you. Once added, my above information will apply while you're roaming. For future reference, to speak to someone over the phone, a callback through koodo assist is the only way unfortunately.

If that doesnt cover what you're asking for, then please specify further. If you're still looking for the local calling rates, i addressed that above. It will fall under pay-per use.
