I would like to to give a review of sales associate  Tanveer. He works at the Devonshire mall branch of koodo . He helped my spouse and myself with our new phones . I got the samsung S26+ and my spouse got the S26 ultra.  Tanveer was knowledgeable and was quick at transferring everything from our old phones..we both had the S22 ultra.  He was also very compassionate when my spouse had a medical concern.  All is ok now on that front. I have had people tell me that if I switch to another provider I will get a cheaper plan. That may be true, but I LOVE koodo customer service, both in store and on line. As someone who works retail, I know how important customer service is. Regardless of the type of business,  without the customer,  there is no business.
