THe verification code for the new SIM card is not sending. Repeatedly tried sending another code to my email and still not working. Any suggestions?

Can you explain a little more what you are trying to do? Is it a replacement SIM, new account, or...?
New sim card and phone, the old phone and SIM card was lost. Just trying to set up the new sim card under self serve. The verification code keeps saying it was “texted” the the email provided but never shows up. Just need the code for activation and then its set to go.
