Unable to Schedule a Callback

I am unable to schedule a callback. The Koodo Assist bot just keeps repeating the same endless loop of prompting me to press the “schedule a callback” option and then asking what it’s for. It won’t actually schedule a callback.

What kind of issue are you experiencing?

My internet isn’t working. The US and DS lights are flashing green on the modem. I previously called customer service and they said a technician would need to come out. The technician came out, and said everything is working fine on my end. Koodo needs to do something on their end to activate the service, so I need to be able to contact them. However, the Koodo Assist bot isn’t letting me schedule a callback.

If the tech support button sends you into a loop, try one of the other buttons
