Unable to link Amazon subscription to Stream+

I contacted Koodo last week because I couldn't log into Self Serve to activate/link Disney+ to my existing Stream+ subscription. There was an issue with the email linked to my Koodo account as I wasn't receiving the reset password email. So we changed the email on my account. My Stream+ subscription didn't move over and the Koodo rep couldn't find it so she added the new subscription to my account. When I go to link my Amazon account it says the my Amazon account is linked through Koodo and I will need to cancel that to link it. A chat was started with Koodo to either cancel the old one or reinstate the only one and cancel the new one. The chat closed before I got an update.

When you mentioned the chat was closed, have you tried to click on the link they sent to you again (via SMS) to access that? And when did you contact Koodo last week?I wonder if your request were sent to a dedicated team.

When I click on the link, it goes to the chat but only the beginning of the chat where it goes from chat bot to Agent is there. I can't figure out how to start a chat with a Koodo rep like I did for that instead of the chat bot setting up a call back.

Just to confirm, you see the activate button in self serve for Amazon Prime and when you click it and log into your Amazon account, it says that the account is already linked with Koodo?

This screenshot is correct because it was linked to the Stream+ subscription that Koodo couldn't find. But it did exist because I was paying it. So either Koodo has to find and cancel the old subscription so that I can link all my accounts to the new subscription. There was no issue with linking my Netflix account to the new subscription.
