While living in Europe, I got a different SIM card for my phone, and I do not have said SIM with me in Canada, so I am unable to receive calls to that number. I have a temporary number as well as an email account that I can use to be contacted by.
I ordered a new phone a couple days ago and have received two emails stating that I will need to be contacted by someone from Koodo to approve my information or schedule a callback. I am unable to do so and was wondering if there were any alternatives to getting in contact with a service representative.
