While living in Europe, I got a different SIM card for my phone, and I do not have said SIM with me in Canada, so I am unable to receive calls to that number. I have a temporary number as well as an email account that I can use to be contacted by. 

I ordered a new phone a couple days ago and have received two emails stating that I will need to be contacted by someone from Koodo to approve my information or schedule a callback. I am unable to do so and was wondering if there were any alternatives to getting in contact with a service representative.

When you signed up for Koodo, in the application form it asked for a contact number, did you use the temporary number?  If so they will call you back on that number.

If not, you can request a callback via Koodo Assist and use the temporary number you are using now as the callback number.  Or you can use another number available to you (Friend or family) to have the callback call
