travel pass US not working

I’m currently in the US and the USPASS7 option is not working. Says invalid keyword. How can I get this added ?

Hi there,

This has been a common issue over the last few days. You can either have a rep through Koodo’s expert messaging via Koodo assist add the pass for you or I can flag a rep on this platform to see if they can add the pass.

I would try the Koodo expert messaging first as response times on this platform can vary. So, if you need the pass ASAP, I would try there in case you get a faster response. Note they’re open 9am to 9pm local time Mon-Fri.
