Travel Pass to Mexico

We are leaving for Mexico tomorrow. Will activate a 7 day travel pass before departure. Can I add another 7 days before the first 7 days expires so I am covered for the two weeks we are there?

Hi there,

No. You have to wait for the first one to expire or at the end of the last day login to self serve, remove the pass from your add-ons, wait for the page to refresh and then text and add the pass again. Though I would wait until midnight when the pass just expires so you can get the full 14 days. 👍

I activated my travel pass last Sunday the 22nd when I went off airplane mode Had a look at my account today. It shows activation Feb 19 (that would be my sign up date from home) Expiry is  March 21st ( over s month) yet says it is a 7 day pass. I was going to remove it and add a new one per your suggestion but now not sure what to do.

You could try to go into self-serve, choose your number » Manage plan and add-on, »  My add-on. See if you could remove it from there. If you couldn’t, Let us know, you would need a rep to assist.

We have looked into it and according to the details we see on our end, the travel pass was added on February 20, however, the usage started on February 25, which means the 7th day of the pass would be March 3rd. If you need to use it beyond March 3rd, you should be able to remove it at the end of the 7th day in self serve and re-add it.

You could try to go into self-serve, choose your number » Manage plan and add-on, »  My add-on. See if you could remove it from there. If you couldn’t, Let us know, you would need a rep to assist.
