To which email of Koodo should i reach out to, to cancel my home internet service with Koodo?

I would like to cancel the Koodo Home Internet, as the plan that was promised was not provided. Additionally, I was promised a discount on my Telus line, which I do not see reflected in my Telus account. I am also not satisfied with the internet speed.

really need someone to contact me from the home internet team to cancel, i’ve been on hold for a total of 50hrs.

This is ridiculous!!!! Seems no one at Koodo ever cares about customer service. I have the same issue and am frustrated!
