I called in around 530pm my time on Feb 15 2023. I was greeted by a service rep named Lina. She listened to my problem and really heard what I said. I have had an issue since January and had called a number of times speaking to many reps. I had waited a month and a half and was told it would be another two weeks to wait from Apple support. Thanks to Lina she dug deeper and spoke to the right team members and solved my issue! I am ever so thankful to her. My problem was solved in an hour! Now that is amazing customer service! Koodos to you Lina!
