There is no connection of coax cable in my home. I need tech visit to my home my internet is already set up and its activated. I need tech visit as soon as possible.

Typically, you can't request a technician in a customer forum. You would have to schedule a call back and ask them (or call any number you had on your package regarding the installation 

Regarding the Internet service, did you receive any activation email from Koodo?

The sales rep asked about the preferred time for tech visit, but i havent got any email about tech visit. Instead the sent me email about self serve and told no tech visit required

Yes, but you still need an activation email from Koodo. Can you check your junk/spam to see if anything ise sent there?

As well, is the previous internet provider still active on that line?
