I received a suspicious email telling me my password does not meet our security standards and now I am locked out of my account. I need to speak to someone live however I am not available for a future callback. I need to speak to someone immediately.

This email has been confirmed to be a legitimate one and you just need to head to the Koodo website and reset your password so that you can create a new one.

Call back is the only way to talk to a rep.
You can send a message through FB or Twitter, if you can't make/ receive calls. But, it's not immediate reply neither.
