Recently got an email from a law firm asking for a payment to Koodo. I no longer use Koodo and don’t have an account anymore and cannot reach a live rep and am wondering if there are anyways I can contact someone to ask?

Left around the summer of 2024, and the final bill was paid.

Because the cancellation date was in 2024, you can't have access to selfserve as of now. I recommend you schedule a call back from Koodo and ask them to look into the history. Go here www.koodo.com/chat

If you had an outstanding balance with Koodo when you left, they may have sent the amount to a collection agency (not a law firm).

When did you leave Koodo, and was the final bill—the one issued after you cancelled—paid?

Thank you for your help thus far, I tried scheduling a call back but was told I needed an account then as well.

In the letter sent by the collection agency, did they have an account number there? You could also search history of your email for service agreement record.  The account number could be found there as well.

I assume you tried to schedule a call back as a “non-Koodo” customer, so it didn’t ask you for number and login?
