Sudden data loss + very low signal today — anyone else?

My mobile data suddenly stopped working today while I was out, and since then I’m stuck at 1–2 bars everywhere (even outdoors). Calls/texts work, but data doesn’t
 
I’ve tried restarts, airplane mode, manual network selection, LTE only, and reset network settings. APN is correct and my account is in good standing.
This started around [approx time, e.g. 9 am].
Is anyone else experiencing very weak signal or data issues today?

Thanks for sharing. I’m currently on a call with Koodo support, but so far nothing has fixed the issue. They also haven’t been able to confirm whether there’s a general outage yet.

Good to know. Cant even call cause i have no phone and their chat is just a ai chat bot that doesnt help.

Have you checked the Telus outage indicator for your areas? It seems that a lot of areas are suffering from degraded service atm.

Koodo operates with the Telus service network, so the issues reported there also include Koodo.

Just worked now. i think they did something on their end. otherwise i was just repeating the troubleshoot steps. plus they asked me to put my sim in another device just to verify if its device issue or sim issue.

To confirm when you switched the sim to another device did you find the service improved or did it the stay the same? Just wondering in case this come up more today for others.

 Data is working again. It failed on multiple devices initially, then signal dropped completely and reconnected — after that, data was restored. Appears to have been a network-side issue.
