Subscription cancellation

I am trying since weeks to downgrade my netflix/Amazon subscription. The system wont let me. I cannot even cancel it

Any idea?

You would have to cancel the existing stream plus subscription and re-subscribe again with a new plan. You couldn't change it individually in separate app.

I cannot cancel it in my account. Tried everything. Every time I get an error. Contacted support several times. They didn't help

Hi ​@Sternchen, we’d recommend trying in an incognito/private window or with a different browser or device. If you’re using a VPN service, please turn it off and try again.
