Subject: Help Connecting iPhone 15 to MacBook Air for Presentations

Hi there!

I’m hoping you can help me with a connectivity question. I have an iPhone 15 and a MacBook Air, and when I visit clients' homes to do presentations, I often need to use my iPhone’s internet connection.

However, my MacBook Air doesn’t seem to connect to my iPhone’s hotspot as expected. Is there a specific setting or method I should be using to reliably share my iPhone’s internet with my MacBook during these meetings?

Any tips or steps you can share would be greatly appreciated.

Best regards,
Denise

Normally all you have to do is to ensure your “Personal hot spot” is ON in your iPhone,

You can also turn on itune to make sure the Mac recognize your iPhone properly.

To add to Dinh, on the koodo side of things you shouldn't have an issue with hot spotting as it is a feature included with all of their plans for free, you don't have to pay for the feature.

Is your macbook much older than your iPhone? Or is it relatively new as well? Are both devices up to date?
