Stream+ Premium regarding Netflix

Hi

I am looking to join the Bundle from Koodo/telus Stream+ Premium. However, my billing cycle for Netflix subscription just recently kicked in, like about 1 week into. If i join the Koodo/telus stream+ bundle now, will I lose the "unused" time or credit that I have already paid for? or if you guys know if Netflix will provide a refund?

It would be best to follow up with Netflix directly and see if they can return the unused portion. From what I know, they do not offer any refunds, so you will be able to use the service until the end of the billing cycle. https://help.netflix.com/en/node/407

If you do not receive a refund, I would suggest you to complete the rest of your monthly subscription before starting with Stream+ Premium.

Hi there,

The refund is not automatic. The payment method switches to being done through Koodo and you're charged as soon as you sign up.

You would have to reach out to netflix support to receive a refund for the payment you already made. 🙂
