I signed up almost a month ago as a new customer and also signed up for the streaming bundle. I now have access to Disney so the activation worked but my account says the activation is incomplete for Telus. I can follow prompts and it only signs me into the account and I can watch things but it doesn’t show me where to activate.

 

Also...we already have a Netflix account without commercials but we signed up through Koodo and want it switched to the commercial version. We are still without commercials though so I don’t know how to go about switching this.

 

Finally, we previously paid per year for Prime. As part of the bundle we want to make sure we’re still getting the best deal and monthly with Koodo I think is cheaper. Our prime account shows that we are still yearly but paid through Koodo.

There is no need to activate TELUS Films and Series, so you are good if you can already watch the content.

Since you are seeing the activate button, we recommend downloading the TELUS TV+ app and check again if the Activate button still shows up in self serve for TELUS TV+.

Regarding the Netflix subscription, we see you chose Stream+ basic, which comes indeed with Netflix with ads. Did you link your Netflix account when you activated through Koodo? 

If you paid for one year with Amazon, we recommend checking with them if they can refund you for the remaining period of your yearly subscription.
