Stolen Tablet

My tablet was stolen I had recently ordered through Koodo. I've suspended the service for that #. Can I get a replacement tablet?

When you log in to your self serve account, do you see an amount owing for your tablet?

If so, my understanding is that the remaining amount has to be paid off before a new tablet can be ordered.
