It appears that the SD part of my SIM / SD combo card is not working anymore. I'm presuming that they sell these at the Koodo / Telus store at our local mall. Would anyone have an idea on how much they cost and how do you set them up with your phone number on your phone?

My question is what do you want to buy? a new SD card or new SIM? if you are looking for a replacement part for the phone, you would have to find a repair shop, not at a cellular shop.

+4Just to confirm, are you asking to buy a new SD card or a new SIM card?
If you asked for a SD card, the price is around $20-$50. However, if you are asking for new SIM card, it is a different issue.

I've taken the tray out of the phone a few times yesterday and today to see if there was anything physically wrong with the card. This time when I took it out I tried to take the card off the tray and was successful this time. To my surprise there are actually two cards on the tray. So I'll be going to the Telus / Koodo store or Staples later today to pick up a new SD card.

I was able to install, mount and format the SDXC card with no problems. And I was able to copy all the data required from my internal memory to the SDXC card with no problems or issues.
