I would like to connect with Koodo to reconnect my phone. I am not able to do that online as I cannot login my details. I am out of the country is there a way I can get my phone reconnected?

Have you attempted to reset your login details to get access to self-serve? As the easiest way to get reconnected would be by paying any outstanding balance through self serve (not a bank transfer) and the service be reconnected once the payment goes through.
If you have tried this and really can’t gain access at all, you can reach a rep when out of country by sending a direct message to Koodo’s social media pages Facebook and X (twitter). The correct profiles can be found by clicking the associated logo’s at the bottom of this page.
