Service Disruption Without Warning

I had a service ds=isruption today without arnign and having made a payment.  I used self served and reported my payment and my service ahs still not been restored.   Also it is saying I will be charged a reconnection fee.  WHat additional steps can I take to correct this?

Yes unfortunately you'll get a reconnection fee if disconnected.

My payments were up to date, it is a system error, it has been approximately 3 hours.

It should be resolved once you set up a payment arrangement. If you still have other concerns, you can dial #227 to speak with the billing department. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/past-due-bill

I'm not 100% on the time after reporting making a payment but you do have the option to dial #227 to get connected to the billing department in the meanwhile or i can flag a rep to confirm how long it typically should be to be reconnected. Let us know

When is your bill due and when did you pay?  Do you have auto pay set up?

I paid through online banking and it was due February 22.

I've flagged a Rep. So the currenr bill was due 22feb or you were informed that payment must be made by 22 Feb to prevent disconnection?
