It depends on you though. If you are picky, you could go with the latest and greatest. 
However the s25 had tiny upgrade compared to the s24 so I wouldn't recommend if your phone is still performing.

Definitely do not recommend either. The upgrades are so incremental from Samsung and Apple these days that I see no point whatsoever doing so on an annual basis. I doubt you’ll even be having someting like wifi 7 available anytime soon anyways to take advantage of it. Samsung might be even worse than apple for this year. The camera sensors have been dientical since the S22 too.

I think that you got the most useful changes already with the flat semi-matte display.

Even if you had money to burn, I’d consider it a total waste.
