roaming


Hello,

 

I am a Koodo customer currently in Lebanon for 10 days and experiencing issues with my roaming service. When someone calls me, I am unable to receive the call. Additionally, when I make a call, the recipient can receive it, but we do not hear each other.

 

Has anyone encountered a similar issue? Is there a specific setting I need to adjust to fix this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I assume you can text and use data normally? From your deacription, it might be issue with VoLTE
Which phone are you using and have you tried to reset network settings to.see if that can help?


Havn’t used the text or data since i have a lebanese sim for this . I am expecting a phone interview on my canadian sim that’s why I am worried about it.

I assumeyou are a postpaid customer and you have easyroam enabled?

When you are travelling outside of Canada, you will have to rely on roaming partners of Koodo. Have you received any text from local carrier saying you are roaming on their network?

Again, try to reset network settings or at least restart the phone to see if that can help.
