I have monthly paid sim card from Koodo. before I travel from Vancouver, Canada to Iraq I changed my plan from prepaid to monthly payment. However, monthly, I was checking my self service account and it was showing that the due amount is 0 and when I was looking at my bank account it doesn’t show any transaction for bill payment. I thought that it might take the money for bill in a way maybe 2 or 3 months together or other ways. so it was very confusing until I got a notification message saying that the sim is not provisioned. and then I followed with it and looked at the status of my sim it was saying that it is not registered anymore! then I tried to call customer service as my self service account also deactivated and cannot access it to pay the outstanding money and reactivate mu sim. the digital assist says that I can make call back schedule but that does not work for me as I’m in Iraq right now and probably come back to Canada in the next 2 or 3 coming months. I also checked that email contact is not available for Koodo customer service. so I got stuck and I really need my sim to reactivate as I’m also a student and usually call my university in Toronto frequently. so I need urgent help and need to reactivate my sim please. Thank you.
Not sure what happened to your SIM card. Your account might be cancelled for non-payment.
Anyway, if you are overseas, you can chat with a rep via Facebook/X messaging. Links are at the bottom of this forum web page

yes, I put my sim on seasonal 15$
Hi
I see your private message that you put your sim on seasonal hold.
How did you change your plan from Prepaid to seasonal hold?
Are you back in canada?
Did you port your number from prepaid to the post paid account? Note these will be 2 different accounts.
Did you try to login to your prepaid self serve and postpaid self serve? Do either of them work?
