Problem with Iphone and Mac

I am new in Koodoo and I still don’t understand how it works. I see I have 2 phone numbers in my cell phone. The new one provided by Koodoo and the old one which I got from Telus. 

 

Mostly everything looks ok, but I was used to receive text messages on my Mac because it was linked to my iPhone. But now I only get the messages on my iPhone and not on my Mac.

 

Any idea how to fix this?

Did you port your old telus number to Koodo or did you just cancel your telus number and just using your New Koodo number going forward?

If you are going to use your new Koodo number, you need to register your imessage again with the new number.  Once you do this, it should sync with your apple account on your mac as well

I ported my old phone number. I’m following some instructions I found on internet. Delete stuff on iCloud to free some space might help

When you login to your Koodo self serve, does it show your ported over Telus number or your new Koodo number still?  DId it say the port was successful?

Once the port would be completed, you should receive a welcome type notification from Koodo. Have you received it yet?
