Pro rated fee on data and obtaining my past bill


Hi

I was a Koodo customer until last fall and just realized now that I need my past bills from that year for my invoices. Is there anyway to retrieve that information or bill statements since I'm no longer a koodo customer? and will it provide me a breakdown of how much I spent on data pro rate per use?

If it’s been more than 90 days since you cancelled then your self serve account would be closed.
You can contact customer service to have them mail you copies of your bill but that would come at the price of $15/bill.

The bills do show how much data is used each month. It would look something like this:

But would there be any way to know how much data I used on a certain day and how much it would have cost?

Unfortunately the bill will not show the amount of data used on a certain day and the cost for that one day
