Purchased a new phone and plan from Koodo. The port off Rogers appeared successful, but I still have no service from Koodo after 24 hours. 

Rebooted several times.  Checked the website on my account.. looks ok. 

Verified the APN settings. I cant call because my phone was disconnected from Rogers successfully. 

Please advise, I have a shiny new paperweight, but I cant call or text.

 

@Akiwi - Can you try restarting your phone to see if you’re able to connect to the network? 


So you followed the steps, service cut out, and you put in the koodo sim in your phone and nothing? No connection at all or just you can’t make or receive calls/texts/data?


Followed the steps. Rebooted. Hard restarted. No service at all.

 


Went back in to the store.. bad SIM. Resolved in store in 10 mins!
