Hi,

I want to port out my number but it is on seasonal hold plan so I can’t receive text. I would like to avoid any extra cost from changing my plan. Is it possible for me to authorize the transfer via email? Or do I have to directly call the rep for approving? Thanks!

You can change your plan via self serve to the cheapest one you can select, then immediately port out to the other carrier.

You would only incur 1 days worth of that plan in charges and this is the same thing that a rep would have to do over the phone for you.
