I am unhappy with Koodo and will be switching providers. I’ve been told I need to contact Koodo to instruct them to accept a number port request to my new provider. 

The only call back options are for a week from now. This is ridiculous… how can I get in contact with someone sooner?

You shouldn't need to contact Koodo ahead of the port. Typically your account number and PIN are all your new carrier needs.

I've flagged your message for a rep to investigate.

Did you get a text message on your Koodo sim card to authorize the transfer of the number?


The process is the same transfering your nunber out of koodo as transferring into koodo
