poor Customer service at Koodo.

Does anyone from Koodo care? or read this posts. customer service is atrocious. why can’twe talk directly to a live human being?

@Marileeit Of course we care! :-)  Best way to do that is to schedule a callback for the most convenient time for you. I see that you already have scheduled one for later today. We will certainly resolve any questions, issues you may have.
