i just upgraded my plan last night to include 20GB data, under my account my current plan shows $65/month and the 20GB i was expecting yet when i check my usage, it’s showing me i’ve used 1 out of 2 GB (my old plan) up under current billing cycle which ends tomorrow on the 6th of July… can anyone explain the discrepancy between my current plan and the useage sections on my account??
You upgrade yesterday (July 4th) and your plan resets on the 6th which means you had 3 days left in your billing cycle and get 3 days worth of the 20GB for the rest of this billing cycle.
20GB / 30 days = 0.66GB/day * 3 days = 2GB.
When it resets tomorrow you’ll get the full 20GB
