Plan Cancellation

I want to cancel my account but I am overseas, specifically in the philippines. I tried to schedule a callback but they don’t have a service here. I already paused my plan.  

I tried messaging the facebook account as directed by the chat but there was no reply.

What can I do to cancel my plan as soon as possible to avoid additional charges.

When you mentioned you paused the plan, did you put your phone number in a seasonal hold plan?

Koodo facebook isn’t a live chat though. They won’t respond right away. When did you send them a message? Also, I recommend you doublecheck the link below at the bottom of this forum webpage for official Koodo Facebook link.

Yes, i put it on seasonal hold to avoid paying the whole plan. 

I sent the message 24hours ago.

Got it. I got the link for their facebook account through their koodo assist chat.

If you are on a seasonal hold, you can’t roam and receive any SMS/calls from Koodo.

Re the Facebook messaging, I recommend you try to ping them again to see if they actually respond.
