Phone provider without a phone number

Koodo i can understand you don't sell car but why we can't reach you with your service. I want to talk to someone to fix the problem.

I want to make arrangements with Koodo because my account is overdue by $200 and I don't have the money.I am in mediation to get my job back at Walmart 2-10-2026. I would like to be able to arrange to pay my bill in full before March 1st.

Do you see the option to setup a payment arrangement in self serve? You can do this by following the instructions here: Past due bill | Koodo Mobile

If you’re not eligible to do it through there the next step will be to schedule a payment arrangement with a rep using Koodo assist here: Support Homepage | Koodo Mobile

Nope they reply i can't . If you can do something do it if not it's all right but at least i try something to fix the problem. Why i can't speak with someone, is very hard to me to understand that specially from a phone provider.

Update on my situation, i was not able to recover my job with the work mediation but a got a big compensation 5k$ but the payement will be inside 21 day. So i will not he able to respect the condition of payment for the 11-18 and maybe 23 but it will be sure to be pay in totality in one payement when i received the deposit . I will understand  if you take out my phone line but if you wait for my deposit/one full payement i will surely sign another contract with koodo in june for the renewing my 2 year contract.

This will require speaking with the billing department. If Koodo assistant said you can’t 19 days ago, I’d suggest scheduling a callback to speak with a rep about when you’re able to pay. 

I’d also suggest waiting on any renewals you might do. You’d only renew by getting a phone on a tab contract. May as well wait for Black Friday for the best deals that are offered.
