phone not working off wifi

Has anyone else been experiencing issues with there Koodo phone not working off wifi? Been happening the past couple days. Everything is fine on my account but phone is only working on wifi.

Looks like the issue is resolved.  Maybe check your phone or restart your phone to see if the issue is also resolved on your end.

Try restarting your phone, toggle Airplane mode on/off for 30 seconds, and check for signal bars (not just SOS/emergency). Reset network settings if that fails.

What phone model? Postpaid or prepaid? Any recent plan/SIM changes?

Test SIM in another phone if possible. View usage details in Self Serve PDF bill (pages 3-4) to confirm service is active. If no luck, could be a network provisioning glitch.

I have tried all of that. One restart helped for a bit but then it started happening again. 
I am post paid, everything is all good on my account. I have a 17pro max and no changes. 
There is others in my area that it is happening to as well, so I am thinking it must be a network issue

It sounds like a network issue, have you tried to enable WiFi calling at your home to see if you can make calling/texting work? 

As well, how many bar of signal do you have in your area?

Does the issue only happen in your area and then if you go somewhere else does it fix itself?

As you could be right in that the network may just be having issues in that area or connectivity is poor. Before the issue began did you generally have good service or was it only 1 or 2 bars?
