In 2024 I got a note that my account would be charged $5.00 a month extra for not having a Canadian phone (Mine was bought from the apple store online). At the time I remember reading on the koodo website about this. I am looking back now and I can’t find any information about this. Did this happen to anyone else? I can see when my bill adjusted but there is not change made by me or no explanation on the bill.

+4Was it the 3G charge? Although that was a $3/m charge for those who didn’t have phones that could use VoLTE (a lot of international phones).
