I have been following the instruction to move my number over and it wont work. It keeps saying that my account number is wrong and it is not and i cant call to speak to someone only call back. Getting frustrated.

I have been following the instruction to move my number over and it wont work. It keeps saying that my account number is wrong and it is not and i cant call to speak to someone only call back. Getting frustrated.
You can try calling the porting department at 1-844-232-7678 to see if they can help you initiate the transfer.
