Hi 

I recently ported to koodo and observed since than that I am not receiving any verification or bank messages. 
can anyone help out.

It seems to have to do with the porting. Usually once the port is propagated through, it will sort itself (one or two weeks). You can also call the Koodo porting department to see if they can speed it up on their end: 1-844-232-7678
