nobody can hear my on the phone

Ever since switching from Rogers (a friend added a line for me) and going to koodoo no one can hear me on the other end. It will start off ok the first minute, then people say they can't hear me and hang up.

Also, when incoming calls, I answer, and it takes 20 seconds or more for them to hear me, and even then they can barely hear me. I've restarted my phone, reset Wi-Fi etc 

What the hell koodoo??

If you try your sim in another working phone, does the issue follow the sim?

My son is also on my plan, and he has the same problem. I've tried restarting, taking sim in and out, resetting Internet settings, ice tries changing it from 5g to LTE and still the same issue

Ok so you signed up for 2 lines with Koodo and both are having issues with voice issues.

What phones are you both using?

Is there any texting or data issues?
